What does the total area include?

The total combines the areas belonging to the dwelling: built area, terraces, overhangs and balconies according to each layout. For apartments 201–204, it also includes the private rooftop. These are the exact V01 catalog totals, not interior area.

Does a study count as another bedroom?

Apartments 101, 102 and 103 have two bedrooms plus a flexible study / bedroom. We list it separately so you can decide how to use it.

Which residences have a jacuzzi?

Apartments 102 and 103 have one on their terrace. Apartments 202 and 204 have one on their private rooftop.

Are the upper houses two separate homes?

No. House 2 in Type 1 and House 2 in Type 3 are each one home across two levels. Their technical roofs are not roof gardens.
